Our approach to staffing our school leadership team:
· Adding a second AP gives us an unusually high adult-to-student ratio, enabling every aspect of our support for students and teachers to increase
· Our small schools of 600 are well-resourced to ensure the schools run smoothly and the school leaders have time to focus on improving instruction
o 1 principal, 2 APs, 2 counselors, school office staff, plus shared business manager, instructional coaches, psychologists and mental health counselors
· School leaders are chosen for ability to coach teachers and evaluated on how much their teaching staff is growing
