Transition Partnership Program
The Transition Partnership Program (TPP) seeks to provide students with barriers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment that benefits both the business and student. Students participating in the Transition Partnership Program receive instruction in decision-making, interpersonal communications, employment preparation and post-employment support. The students are supported by TPP staff, receive career guidance and participate in job preparation and job retention courses.
This program is a cooperative program contract between the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR), Southwest Special Education Local Planning Area (SW SELPA) and Green Dot. TPP is available to students who are 16 or older, clients of the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) and have an active Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
