- If your date does not attend Animo Venice, you must complete a permission form for him/her.
The guest forms are due back to Mr. Herrera no later than May 23rd, 4pm.

If you missed the Grad Night ticket sale deadline, or are unable to purchase a prom ticket, YOU ARE IN LUCK.
The parent committee has donated 7 tickets to your cause!
You must write a one page, single spaced and typed statement explaining what Animo Venice has done to help you succeed and why you should be able to participate in the celebratory event.
Submissions must be made by May 15th to Ms. Matamoros. Don't wait too long. "Winners" will be announced the following week.
