When you email group assignments, make sure you include your group members’ emails in the CC: field, otherwise they won’t get credit.
- Print out 4 copies of your business letter. Each person needs to review another group’s business letter and fill out a peer review worksheet. Each group must have their letter peer reviewed 4 times. Once you complete the peer review worksheet, show it to me so you can get a stamp and the other group can get points. After your letter is reviewed, use the worksheets to write the final draft of the letter. The final draft is due Friday.
- Once you receive the rubric that I filled out for your Powerpoint, make corrections to it so the final draft is ready to be turned in Friday. As a group, you need to figure out how to present yourselves to your client. Create a 10 step action plan that you will use when you present your letter to the business. Add the following 2 slides to your Powerpoint:
a. First, create a 10-step preparation plan that you will use before you meet your client. What do you need to do so the business takes you seriously?
b. Second, create another 10-step action plan that you will use during your meeting with the client. What do you need to do so the business takes you seriously?
- Memorandum of Understanding
a. The MOU is the contract that explains what you will do for the client. Both you and the client must sign it.
