Other Requirements:

  • Student Community Service- 40 hours before graduation
  • Parent Volunteer Hours- 35 hours per year that student is enrolled at our school before graduation
  • Graduation Portfolio- Requirements TBA
  • Apply to at least three 4-year universities/colleges
  • Pass both sections of the California High School Exit Exam

Animo Venice Distinguished Graduate will complete the following:

  1. 10 hours Above and Beyond the Community Service Requirement.
  2. Go above and beyond the minimum A-G requirement by completing at least 10 cu. additional coursework such as:
    1. Additional year of Mathematics
    2. Additional year of Science
    3. Additional year of Language other then English
  3. Completed 1 course at a college or university with a C grade or higher prior to high school graduation. (AP courses do count)
  4. Must have a 3.0 weighted GPA.
